This attraction was Disney’s first attempt at using Audio-Animatronics, which paved the way for some many incredible attractions that we have today. This show first opened in Disneyland in 1963. The Walt Disney World Railroad

All aboard the Walt Disney World Railroad for a nostalgic journey around the Magic Kingdom. After riding, The Seas with Nemo and Friends, guests exit directly into the Sea Base, but this isn’t just an exit. From graceful sea turtles to majestic sharks, this immersive experience offers a glimpse into the breathtaking diversity of marine life.

Guests do not have to ride The Seas with Nemo and Friends to enter the Sea Base. This double layer aquarium is not only a great break from the heat, but it has plenty to keep everyone, from toddlers to adults, entertained and busy.

The Sea Base is also home to Turtle Talk With Crush. This is a cute interactive show where guests can actually talk with Crush, the sea turtle from Finding Nemo. Crush responds based off questions asked from guests, so you never know what he’ll say in return.

The Sea Base a hidden gem that shines brightly, offering both education and entertainment for visitors of all ages. Also, don’t forget to go say hi to the adorable manatees, Lou and Lil Joe!

Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival

Located just to side of Epcot’s Imagination pavilion is the Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival. This area is tucked away, so most guests walk right by it. Inside guests can watch favorite Disney and Pixar shorts in 4D.

The best kept secret of the Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival is the meet and greet with Mickey and Minnie Mouse before entering the theater. This is our favorite place to meet Mickey Mouse out of the four theme parks. This meet and greet will likely have the lowest waits of any of the Mickey Mouse meet and greets.

Animal Kingdom

The Tree of Life Garden

In the heart of Disney's Animal Kingdom stands the iconic Tree of Life, adorned with intricate carvings depicting creatures great and small. Surrounding this majestic landmark is the Tree of Life Garden, a network of winding paths that lead to hidden animal exhibits and scenic overlooks. Maharajah Jungle Trek

The Maharajah Jungle Trek is tucked back behind Kali River Rapids in Asia. Make the effort to walk back there and be transformed into a Southeast Asian jungle. Whether you're marveling at the majestic tigers or admiring the intricate details of the trail's design, the Maharajah Jungle Trail promises an unforgettable adventure. Similar to the Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail, there are cast members stationed all throughout the trail to answer any questions you have about the animals.

Hollywood Studios

Pixar Plaza

Pixar Plaza is tucked into a little alcove right before entering Toy Story Land. This area has multiple Pixar character meet and greets, and they usually have pretty low wait times. Guests can meet Sulley from Monsters Inc, Mr and Mrs Incredible, Frozone, and Edna Mode from The Incredibles. The Edna Mode meet and greet is especially neat. Guests enter the Edna Mode Experience and get to see her superhero suit designs up close and personal before meeting the one and only, Edna Mode.

Walt Disney Presents

Walt Disney Presents is a must for any Walt Disney enthusiast. This is a walkthrough attraction that features all sorts of rare artifacts and displays that celebrate Walt Disney’s creative legacy. From the very beginnings of Walt’s animating days through the creation of Disneyland, and then onward to the parks and projects we know today- this gallery is chalked full of Disney history.

At the end of the gallery, guests can enter a theater to watch a 15 minute documentary called “Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream”. This documentary gives guests a view into the life of the man who had very big dreams, Walt Disney.
